This course provides training and practice in interiorising and communicating the essential elements of an Introductory Workshop on Centering Prayer, as well as an oppurtunity to look at our own Centering Prayer practice in light of the Essentials. The course includes periods of Centering Prayer and is suitable for anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge and understanding of Centering Prayer as well as anyone wishing to start training as a staff member for Contemplative Outreach UK.
